Don'y forget the post production with the heavy color corrected editing (the color of the guitars is left ''as it was" or accentuated as compare to rest of the frame, with a slightly grey filter, typical of viméo-ish stuffs) ;) I agree that it looks like it is filmed with a dslr canon 5d mark iii and with external recording, most likely with a perch man and probably two zoom mics placed close by the musicians.
