One of the reasons (and there are many) that I love your videos is the way that you think ahead and set up unusual shots. For example, a close-up of one side of your coffee cup with you in the background and you come towards us to pick up the cup, have a sip, put it down, and go on your way. Elegant!!!

When the cracks in the house reappeared I was shocked. All the effort and now this? But after a while I realised how badly the walls were tretaed during the roof building. Also, two new doors were cut into them. Of course the house is resettling after all the concrete reinforcement and new weight distribution. Let's hope it finds it's final seat in a year or so.

Fantastic storms, I'm so jealous. My Lab had a broken wag a couple of times. It's called Cold Tail and is very similar to a muscle strain in humans. It recovers to full functions in a week or two. Thanks for sharing.

Absolute best to Will. Yes, dogs are a reminder to live in the moment. My 7.5kg mutt travels everywhere with me. Don't know if I spoil her more, or she spoils me. I did get to experience that storm as you did, as staying near Tór. Will be out exploring Salir and Alte today. Heading back Thursday to west coast US (Arizona), and missing the inland of Algarve already, and being out on the water on the coast. The people are wonderful and I'm definitely avoiding the touristy areas!

Ha! Your smart camera work had the right effect. It couldn’t help but highlight the clutter. LOL! To the point that I was wondering when it would get cleaned up. I hear you regarding saving potential free materials. My brother told me that when I bought a fixer upper in the country with a couple of barns. Example: I saved all the decking and joists from our shortened 14x 28 ft deck because it was covering a 3rd of the weeping bed 🙄. They’re leaning up against an inside barn wall . I plan to raise my IBS container onto a 4’ tower for a bit of pressure for watering the garden.

Your boys are a highlight of the channel for me. I'm really glad that Will is on the mend. I like seeing your 'bits and bobs.' In the States, we say 'this and that.' Getting the small tasks done always makes me wonder why I put things off. It's nice to clear them away and enjoy a feeling of accomplishment.
