actually,the mutton soup with bread is really interesting.The size of bread piece can completely change the texture of the whole dish, and the reason deal with the bread by yourself is that different people can choose your own texture preferences. Also the flavour of the dish will change over time,because the bread is changing its taste as it absorbs the soup. its so tasty and joyful.

I saw one Chinese in Canada was trying to make Biang Biang noodles with what they have. He bought some lasagna, cooked it and cut it into ribbons and then put some Maxican dried chilli flakes on the cooked noodles then pure boiling hot oil into the bowl, put soy sauce to make it salty, then eat. MSG is also recommended.
@MrMingsyin10 ай бұрын
The guy is pretty creative but I sorry to say that's not going to cut it. Lasagna texture is totally different from that of Biang Biang noodles though they are all made from flour. There are quite a few decent videos in YT, I have tried a few times following their teaching and results are good, ie about 80-90% of the restaurant quality.

It's not biang biang mian, but improvisation based on locally available ingredients is one way new dishes are created. In particular, I'm reminded of a New Orleans Creole dish called "yakamein" which is a local adaptation of Chinese beef noodle soups, made with spaghetti noodles.

Since a restaurant serving liangpi opened in my area about two years ago, it's become one of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, there's no one place you can get the combination of liangpi and roujiamo near me -- the only way to get it here is to order roujiamo to go from one of the several restaurants that offer it, and liangpi to go from the one restaurant that serves it.
