The Recruitment and Formation tabs are one of my favorite changes from BB2 to BB3. Recruitment is so much faster, now. ...and the Formation tab just speeds up the actual gameplay so much.

Thanks for watching - and here's how you do it. Go into the team, and then click on the player - then customisation. The name is the bottom option - enjoy!

My top tip would be refund and play BB2 instead. 3 is a complete mess with a terrible MTX system in place.

I wanted to play bb2020 ruleset (so have to play bb3 to do it) but just cant. Game constantly crashes and treat crush like surrender.
