Generally, if both parents are O, child will be O group. The reasons for your doubts could be due to: Some lab error in either one of the three samples. You can do blood typing and matching in two different labs to confirm the same. If your child is recently born, blood typing may be inaccurate. Blood group antibodies are not yet fully formed before the 3 -6 month of age and blood group antigens may be only weakly present. So, could repeat baby blood group testing after that. The Bombay blood group is a rare blood group does not have A or B and even H antigen, hence can be mistakenly typed as O blood. Either you or your husband may be a Bombay phenotype. But this is rare group.
