Let me actually explain Insight for you. Insight is a currency but also a world mechanic. You can spend insight at the second bath messenger shop in the dream, you need insight to summon/co-op, and you need at least 1 insight to be able to interact with the doll. As far as how it effects the world, think of insight as revealing the eldritch truth. Some enemies will become stronger with more insight. With enough insight you can see things in the world you wouldn't be able to normally or gain access to new dialog and lore you wouldn't. Having a lot of insight can definitely make the game a little harder sometimes but if you truly want to see everything that the game has to offer, stack your insight. Also just a quick note. If you see an orange lamp outside a window or door, that means there's an npc you can talk to. It seems like you've missed quite a few side quests.

Is always lovely to see the moment someone just get it :3 Yeah, because you get health back right after you get hit, as long the attack doesn't kill you and your attack either kill the enemy or stagger it, just go for it and you'll get the health back and do damage at the same time. So yeah, be aggressive. Also, to anyone reading this that doesn't know much about BB, enemy limbs can break giving you a small stagger, also serrated weapons do extra damage on beasts which most of the bosses are. So if you're having problems with a boss, just grab the biggest serrated weapon you have (usually the saw spear), put it on fire, go to the boss leg and HAMMER the heavy attack. Then when the limb break and you get a stagger, just go to the next one and repeat.

If you go from there, not killing anything, you can actually peacefully resolve things with Djura. and as long as you don't attack any of the beasts, he'll never shoot at you while you're in Old Yharnam ever again. edit: what i get for commenting before i watch full vid. Beast type enemies take less damage from the holy blade than if you used the sawcleaver. This is due to game mechanic of weapons that do hidden damage. Righteous vs vile, beast vs serration. Both of your current weapons do one of each kind of hidden dmg.

Not sure if you're still playing the game but i have a few quick lil tips, its almost never helpful to dodge backwards unless its an aoe. Dodging through attacks usually puts you in a good position to counter attack. If its not the size of a building you can probably parry it and parrying makes this game super easy. And vials always heal a third (ish) of your health. I dont know if its just me but i also find that many bosses move at the same tempo as their boss theme ( but not in sync usually) so u can use that to your advantage. Hope you enjoy this game as much as i did

0:28 Ludwig's Holy Blade is one of the heaviest hitting weapons in the game. 10:05 Cosplay acquired. 11:00 Cosplay lost. 13:18 Pog parry. 13:44 If you hit an enemy in the back with a fully charged heavy they will stagger for a backstab. Technically a sneak attack if they are unaware. 15:05 Pog ambush 16:09 Pog health check (while not as important as strength, skill and bloodtinge a little more vigor is still useful) 16:23 If you want a headache. (Recommended to level up a few more times and upgrade your sword a bit) 16:50 It is indeed doable. 18:16 If you absolutely need supplies the cummmfpk dungeon can help with that. (that is how I use it) 18:56 Aggression is the name of this game, but take the time to learn how to "dance" with the bosses. 20:03 Beast bosses can be stunned by quite literally breaking their bones in each limb. 20:41 Indeed it does, but don't over extend and get greedy, the game will punish you. 22:20 Very rewarding indeed. 22:27 In all the Fromsoftware games there is a "dance" for each boss that feels so nice when you learn them. 24:44 Fantastic fight friend. Remember my friend, if you are strapped for heals, bullets or buffs it's generally accepted to use the cummmfpk chalice dungeon for them. It's only when you use it on your first playthrough to level up that some people frown upon it. BUT if you feel like you are to under leveled for some area's and don't want to grind them out, it is perfectly okay to use the dungeon for the levels you need. Always remember it's your playthrough not the viewers, some people are too critical sometimes. We will enjoy the content either way.

You do need to be aggressive with Darkbeast Paarl. If you play defensive, he'll charge himself with his electricity, making his attacks stronger. Aiming for his head and just staggering him will stop him from charging. Basically, playing safe with Darkbeast Paarl makes it harder for the player.

3:54 just want to add some things the guy on the right didn't mention, or personal disagreements. - point 1, I would still say vigor is best (the absolute minimum you should have at the end of any run is 40), because the better damage and weapon variety isn't gonna do shit if you die in one or two hits. Trust me, later game bosses will hit hard. - point 2, while, yes, the beast meter becoming fuller means more damage, it also reduces defense, so keep that in mind. - Point 3 ESPECIALLY, while yes Strength weapons are more common, going a Strength build means crappy visceral damage, as SKILL is the only stat that determines the damage of viscerals. and those can really make a fight easier if you're having trouble. - point 4, I would personally say no to using it on a first run, ESPECIALLY for levels (that's just cheap IMO). Afterwards on any future runs, though, go nuts. - what i assume is point 7, 100% agree, but there are some armors you should definitely pick up, if only to make your life easier (for instance, one called the Graveguard set, which is basically required for a later game area......you'll know it when you see it). (One secret, those one third of umbilical cords are needed. use them as soon as you get them.)

You don't have to worry about being underleveled. Game is perfectly doable without farming at all + if you do have to stop and farm for bloodvials you'll also get lvls automatically. And the only reason you'd have to stop and farm for them is if you get stuck on a boss. So the game is pretty genius in that part. Even though it sucks if you constantly have to farm bloodvials. Also the Sawcleaver you had does bonus dmg to beasts (like 20 or 30% forgot which). While the Ludwig blade doesn't have that bonus. But I guess you already progressed far now for this tip to be helpful.
@RomanIvanitskiy15 ай бұрын
But Ludwig's sword has a bonus damage against unholy enemies, if I'm not mistaken, so it's a nice tradeoff.

Mate, if you want to know what an item you get is, the first thing you should do is read the description of the item...

Well they are often vague aren’t they?

yeah they are, but is that a reason to skip them? Unless you are entierly uninterested in the lore, which is fine. But actually figuring thigs out by yourself is 25% of the "feel good" that you get from playing these games. The more you read the better you get at deciphering their use, and that experience translates to all souls games. The "beast rune" for example imparts a great deal of lore. "A secret symbol left by Caryll, runesmith of Byrgenwerth. A transcription of the roar of a labyrinth beast, the bearer of the "Beast" rune has accentuated transformation effects. "Beast" is one of the early Caryll Runes. as well as one of the first to be deemed forbidden. The discovery of blood entailed the discovery of undesirable beasts." None of this makes sense to a newbie, but if you keep playing and keep reading you start to connect the dots. @@squareface8572

I understand your point, but there is no reason to be triggered am I right? I hope you can understand this from a content creator's point, especially for a smaller channel. In order for KZbin to work in my favor, I will need to stay much more consistent and frequent in terms of my upload schedule compared to channels that already have a large, established audience. This means that I will only have a very limited amount of time to actually play and record a game since video editing takes an extremely long time when you are doing it yourself; plus, I have other things in life that require my time and attention as well. This means I simply won't get to spend as much as I personally want to on a game compared to when I am playing a game by myself, which is why I am relying on existing guides and my community to provide me information that I otherwise will miss due to time constraints. I'm being transparent in terms of my reliance on these helps because the community I wish to create is one that helps each other out under the entertainment value that I hopefully provide through my videos. If you do not like any of these, like I said, I understand your point; thus, feel free to simply tap out. Despite all this, I appreciate the information that you have shared.
