Blood is still super strong regardless of the ult not working in smoke. You can still get lot's of info from tracking with the passive and even the tac is super good

I honestly don’t get why people are freaking out about the bloodhound change… it’s not that bad at all. I’m a BH main, and the most useful thing about him is his scans…he will always be useful, and now during his ult you can scan twice as much, which will still give you and your team an advantage. The meta will change, there won’t be that many smoke fights but blood will still be great to play and give the team allot of added value with scans and beacon scans for rotation etc. Bloodhound tactical will still be there and that’s one of his best advantages in team fights, and now while in ultimate he will provide more of that while still being able to move faster, and hunt down enemies outside of smoke while providing more scans to team players to identify enemies in smokes… he’ll still be great to play you guys will see.
