how the hell its the worst greatsword in every aspect, you cant even use it for bleed since flamberge would just work better anyways

For the sake of balance, I believe FromSoft should give some sort of steep stamina penalty for using dual spears or great spears in PvP. So that while you can still use them, you can't just SPAM L1 nilly willy -- espcially given how lethal they are.

Reallstically high stamina cost and very long recovery time would make sense. If you’re trying to poke with 2 spears at the same time, either you are charging forward and hitting your target or falling on your face or you're standing still and it’ll take a lot of control to just maintain that posture

Soooooo....hidden mechanic with frenzy spells....cause they all have the near same starting animation, and very few "sane" people use more than 1 or 2 frenzy spells at a time in their load out, swapping them out in the fight can disorient your opponent and trick them
