@@Lori_L My husband and I have always had excellent dental care through our jobs, and *we have always had to pay for anesthesia when undergoing certain procedures, PERIOD.* We even had to pay for our sons to have general anesthesia to have their still-growing wisdom teeth cut out of their jaw bones in order that the teeth wouldn’t interfere with their orthodontia, _and NONE of it was covered under our medical insurance._ So, if you’re lucky enough to have dental insurance, it in no way guarantees medical coverage.

S A a man and a woman at the man’s apartment is the first case I recall. The woman had a warrant, IIRC, and didn’t want to appear to testify . The man wore a mask and no one could understand him. He was humiliated to begin with. Bloom made disgusting gestures from the little room that JS banished him to. Horrible human .

For those who don’t know, Mr. Bloom is the “you’ll be held accountable a$$hole” defendant. I hate to put it here because it’s not on Lonewolf, whom I really like, but if you want to go down a rabbit hole, that’s an interesting one. Mr. Bloom is a s3x offender and has a very assaultive history, both male and female in both regards. Not saying that he deserves what he gets but he did earn what he’s getting. He has fired multiple attorneys and does everything he can to throw a wrench into the works and delay his case then yells about how it’s taking so long. He has a degree in jailhouse lawyering although he doesn’t seem to use that anymore except to complain he’s not getting enough time in the jailhouse law library. He is not just the definition of contempt, he is contemptible in every respect. The victim whom he’s referring to when he says someone’s gonna be held accountable is actually a very sweet girl. She has had her cases on KZbin as well and she is much more together than Bloom believes. Anywho, that’s who he is.

He’s so mad about being removed from the court room because he wants to intimidate the witness hoping she won’t testify and he gets off the hook besides he likes his fresh air trips outside the jail because he’s probably locked down 23 hours a day. He’s a experienced convict and needs to be handled by the corrections officer. No inmate ever acted out like that with me and got away with it or was allowed to do it a second time. Escorting inmates outside the facility can be a tough job so you better have a tough officer handling him.

The Sheriff's office. They administrate the jail system, not the judges. Judges can do things like removed phone privaleges and effect how long someone stays in jail, but they don't tell the Sheriff how to administrate the jail or how to provide for inmates medical needs. They generally leave that to the staff in charge of such things. A civil suite agains the Sheriff office would be the correct legal venue. Also, prescription tylenol has codine in it... it's a very effective pain management tool.
