Once in an apartment, I started seeing little black bugs which I thought were some type of beetle. I also saw what I now know to be the species called German cockroaches. At first it was infrequent, a few times a week, then almost every day. I couldn't figure out where they were coming from and eventually called management to send an exterminator. The Terminix guy showed up and educated me on cockroaches. The little black bugs were baby German roaches. Given the number I saw and the cleanliness of my apartment he theorized that I didn't have an infestation. He came back every week for SIX weeks. He told management the infestation was elsewhere. Turns out he was right. The tenants in the apartment adjacent to mine had an infestation due to uncleanliness and leaving food out till it spoiled. He also told me the infestation next door was so bad the roaches were in the carpeting and what I was seeing in my place was a spillover. Thanks neighbor. Really appreciate your attention to cleanliness. (Sarcasm) Thanks truly to the Terminix guy for the help and the education.

This isn’t a sad case because why should other tenants have to suffer because this man wants to keep his apartment nasty and filthy? Nobody wants their place filled with roaches and bedbugs because their neighbor lives like animals. Judge Simpson gave him far more leeway than he ever deserved and he was more than fair. Same goes for the lady wearing the brace. They both deserved what they got and I’m a very empathetic and sympathetic person but they both were unreasonable and ridiculous.

Defendant spends months refusing to do ad asked, gives every excuse and sob story, claiming they are trying to resolve the issue, landlord wins and oh would you look at that.. NOW the tenant is able to fix the issue.. wow, what a coincidence huh?

The neck brace is a nice touch. There is only one way to fix the bed bug issue.....and spraying isn't it. She's nuckin' futs. If you're not willing to help yourself no one is going be able to help you. She is the crazy cat lady.

. The "Bedbug Action" - always plays the victim. Plainly ignored the landlord's request for entry. .

Can the landlord sue the tenant for the bedbugs and cat urine smell in the apartment? I had 10 cats and cleaning with having 10 cats is a 24/7 job. It's nonstop cleaning .another thing it's not the landlord fault for her causing bedbugs nor the landlord problems that tenant is lazy and refuse to seek help .tenant put all this on herself. No sympathy here . This lady wants free rent .
