I heard of Gaggan, but like most of the folks, when I saw him on Netflix's Chef's Table the admiration and fascination for this guy grew exponentially. He's genuine, he's true to his principles and he's a fighter. He also uses Pink Floyd when describing his taste menu, which helps. Whatever he does, wherever he goes, he will continue to be a reference.

Such a progressive and innovative chef! Now one ofthe Masterchef australia 2018 contestants has done an internship at Gaggans (loki), that must mean Anand sees something in him.

Ask those guys to sign the menu and you will have them all to finger print the menu for you. The best of luck for you, it was an amazing experience and I will visit you again when you settle in Japan.

In simple words - Gaggan is closing his restaurant because he knows he doesn’t get repeat customers as the food he serves is artistic at best devoid of any taste and flavours !

If you know food, take out that cliche presentation from the dishes, I could give two stars out of 5 at most
