At around 23:45 you talk about something that really hits home for me! Going to Land Between the Lakes for the first time felt like i ate a bottle a valium! I was so relaxed from nature and was prescribed a high dose of meds to help with my anxiety! That trip alone was a huge help and the whole time i was there i was almost anxiety free! Camping and getting outdoors is one of the best medicines you can get, and its free after you get what little gear you need, and when you see the money that you spend on something that will last you over and over, vs the money you spend for that few minutes of feeling good! It doesn't even compare! For those having addiction or even some mental illnesses... Give camping a try! I'm not saying it's a cure, but it damn sure helps, and makes you feel better! It did for me and several of the local people I grew up with! God bless you guys!

I was on Mellbreak 2 weeks ago and wondered why nobody did it from the Buttermere side and foolishly, I decided to find out why - what a mistake! Good to see you out with the other two Chris's again and those views do not get much better than that anywhere in the lakes. I went up there from the middle 😖😖 it is very steep indeed. You pitched in my spot. So that’s one catchphrase I can Nick (credit) Great vid as usual good to see the chrissssessesess out too. Top tip when using the firemaple pot. Light it before you put the pot on. 🔥 💥. Can sometimes flare up Good gear though. Can’t believe nobody fell in any rivers or lakes like.
