KZbin, is a MUCH MORE DIFFICULT platform I personally believe, so have 730 subs is a HUGE deal… I tried it and wasn’t getting traction and gave up… mainly because I still need a content theme …I dk what my niche is…other than being silly lol. A reason to learn from my stories, life lessons, progress, setbacks, mistakes, and so on. I have many plans to make it grow not because of fame or any external rewards but the inspiration I can give to someone who can barely get out of bed in the morning, suffering from depression, or feels like there is no hope anymore. I can totally relate to those situations because I’ve been there and turned my life around. Recognizing the impermanence of life also gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel I just uploaded my longest video not too long ago, which is about an hr long and it doubled the number of my subs and watch time hours and most of all, I've been impacting more lives positively and this is the best part of it all. I created this to share my opinion about these main things that truly impacted the way I live and how I became a minimalist. It's the one most vulnerable videos that I had been hesitant to post for many months because of the fear of being misunderstood but I finally decided to overcome that fear so others can learn from my experience so we can all grow together. Having the growth mindset gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel. Remembering my why's is much more important than the analytic growth. Sometimes I get trapped in focusing on any external rewards from this channel to the point that it paralyzes me from taking actions and I think this is what makes most people not even start at all.

speaking for when I "blew up" in 2020/2021-ish to 18k on tik tok - be consistent, post a lot at least 3 times per day & spread it out. The more the better, the more chances your videos will pop off - yes, follow trends, if you start seeing a sound being pushed onto ur fyp, jump on that. & for those sounds just & do your own spin or be clever about it - Make engaging videos, or videos that stir up people to comment. I made a lot of astrology/trendy zodiac content & that gave me a lot of engagement with ppl relating to what I was saying or disputing it. Or people saying its BS LOL. Getting anyone to comment pushes your videos. Another example is relatable events or situations. - While lightning may not be everything on tik Tok, it can definitely help & push your videos & catch people's eye - Active niches like dance & fitness, and also cosplay + makeup/beauty I think gets a lot of engagement

However, I would say in relation to the "doing nothing but looking pretty", pretty much in regards women or being self absorbed or just lip-synching w makeup, it moreso has to do w/ ppl commenting praise or something along the lines of that. Can't really be mad at people playing the game & getting engagement on looking good/pretty, at the end of the day that's others pushing that content up, & I'd be lying if I didn't make "content" like that here & there & benefitting from others commenting. whether it's compliments or criticism/or hate, it was pushing my account. In the beginning, you will have to follow the trends, or at least follow the trends but put your spin on them that gives ppl an idea of who you are, and then eventually when you have a good & stable following, you can do whatever you want & it won't be as jarring. I wish it was different, & I feel that as an artist/creator, everyone is just gonna have to suck it up for a little while until they can finally do what they want to do!

I posted a video about 1am and went to bed, woke up with +99 notifications so it maxed out notifications, thought I’d been hacked 😂 turns out my vid went crazy and hit 1.2 million views over the next few days. It is hit and miss. Like you say, 1 in 4 vids will do great. Also there isn’t a 200 view jail like most say there is, it’s a 200 view chance to hook an audience that will engage, if there’s no engagement your vid gets booted from the fyp, I struggle with gaining followers im at 3.3k at the moment but will apply some of your methods to see how it goes 👍

My content grew from 200 followers to 11k due to doing all these things and I hadn’t even saw this video, I just did it on my own. Very valuable information. I am not a niche type of content creator so that is why my growth is slow, but I have raw content and I love it, so I’m going to continue what I’m doing, this was validation. I may pivot a tid but to grow more, but I’m staying on course!

Editing inside tiktkok 2. Trending audio 3. Using features like reply with video. As I write this comment I currently have 31k views on the video I posted that 798 followers . Honestly you gave the realist jewels here. I am so glad I stumbled upon your channel!!! Thank you for taking the time to give such valuable information and strategy and not only that, but you also gave proof. I feel people can be very negative on TikTok because they see a lot of people selling courses. You have to be in the right state of mind to understand why a course is so valuable and you also have to do your homework and vet the person. I feel we are in a place of abundance and when hard working people sell courses, I look at it as though, they are taking the time to create something for us to expedite our learning and since they did all the work and spent all the time getting all the information, we should be paying for courses. I also know if you're free content is this good, I can only image what your paid content has in it!!

I would personally say to you dear influencers a lot of these things are truly unforeseen. Be patient, be consistent and have fun. Every channel, every influencer is a a fresh taste in the mouth of a constantly changing algorithm. No one can truly have a monopoly on it. The sooner we accept that, the easier it'll be to just do you. And enjoy the journey leading up to the success because once it's there, it's there.

Love your personality! And the video is very helpful. I'm a professional videographer and photographer, so all of my content on social media is high-quality visuals. You mentioning that while time is ticking, we are wasting it by creating high-quality content was kind of like a reminder that maybe I need to look at content creation in a different way. Unfortunately, I've been having 1800 followers on IG, and like nothing! on TikTok despite having beautiful, high-quality content. But after this video, I might create a different strategy and ideas for all of my social media cause I completely lost any hope to develope it.
