Blowing the Bloody Doors Off by Michael Caine

A really great introduction to his books! I just finished listening to "Blowing the Bloody Doors Off" on Audible because Caine does the narration himself. It was like sitting in the room with him and hearing his stories firsthand. It was a delight. It has inspired me to watch all of his films - at least the ones available on Netflix DVD service - in order from oldest to today. I included the link to your video in my Facebook post where I give the list of 74 titles (out of 176 on his IMDB list) that are available on disk through Netflix in the United States. He talked about his experience making so many of these movies and working with the other actors. The 1969 documentary Micheal Caine made was a glimpse into the man and a very honest and frank look at his life at that time, being honest to himself and his backround and no apologies to anyone ....the boy done good and he was good to those close to him at that time genuine affection and love for his mother and her well being now that's class , everyone that mattered to him rose in the boat of Michael Caine, honourable and decent man long forgotten traits in today's world ,kicked open the doors of the establishment for the working class to fame and fortune, that for me was a great documentary for its time there's a lot of talented actors we as an audience would have never known without Maurice Micklewhite...any ice cream that has this geezer as a pal your sorted that's no pork pies ask er in doors..
