Also you chose to stay at the most expensive area in Beijing - Wangjing. Average unit price for an apartment is 11000rmb or 15000usd per square meter. Since Beijing has extremely convenient subway system and safety is ensured everywhere, I would recommend anyone coming to Beijing stay close to a subway station but away from city center like the south part or east part of Beijing.
