At the end of the movie Jaime and Jenny were on their way to the lair. I’m guessing around that time, the message plays. I’m guessing when they get there , they’ll hear the transmission. I’m really hoping Blue Beetle 2 has Booster Gold in some capacity who is trying to help Jaime rescue Ted Kord or if this is explored more in the Booster Gold series.

Some of my best childhood memories are watching el chapulín colorado in Puerto Rico with my cousins and my grandparents. I enjoyed this film so much. Nothing groundbreaking, just a fun flick!!

Blue Beetle was pretty good. Saw it Thursday night in IMAX. It had heart and emotion. Elements of 1st phase of the MCU, Ms. Marvel, and Stranger Things. Seeing it again on Saturday. One of my fav scenes is when the Bug aircraft stepped on one of the henchmen and had to shake him off like a dead bug on your shoe.

I think you're 100% right about if this movie is DCU or not. Everything seems to be in "wait until it makes money" territory. Ezra Miller Flash more then likely won't be, I'd say Blue Beetle is a coin flip, and Aquaman comes down to what role they really want for Momoa (Aquaman/Lobo).

This movie turned out to be ,more than what I expected. For starters, Latinos (Mexicans) are superheroes!!!!. Si se puede!!. Love the movie, the cast, the script. Everything was awsome. Action ,comedy , and family all around. Hope the sequel is great or better..

I think Blue Beetle is part of the snyderverse, because Jaime’s uncle Rudy said that the original Blue Beetle was active when Jaime was a kid, as well saying he’s a predecessor to superman, batman, and the flash. I’m assuming this means that certain members came into relevance somewhat recently in that universe, ruling out the keaton-verse.

This was the BEST DC movie ever made. I mean, it had its crappy moments, but not as bad as all the other previous movies/series. It was by far the most entertaining n closest adaptation to the real character that any DC media has made. It had me balling, screaming, n LMAO from beginning to end. Hopefully, we will get more of Jaime n Khaji Da. Tho, I do have a question. When did Jaime learn the Scarabs name, idr seeing the part of the movie when he was told, but halfway thru, he just randomly started calling it "Khaji" out of nowhere.
