Blue cut lens u can use while working in digital screens,if its of longer duration. For night driving there is an special tinted glasses available which enchances the contrast. U can visit nearby optical store to know in details.

I would advice you first watch my video on How to Protect Eyes from computer & mobile. Follow it for atleast 10days. Even after that if you have difficulty then you can go for glasses.

Sir that photochromatic lenses change colour to gray. Then it will cut blue light right, intensity of the light are also cut. So this type is best right

Sir I paid for BLUNEX NE, in demo lens they showed it was cutting blue light completely. But later when they gave the specs it was green coated. How can I be sure that I got what I paid for. Or they have given some inferior lens.

If you are using computer for less hours then you can avoid blue lens. U can use the blue lens to read books also if you are having. But you may notice that blue lens are slightly yellowish so its maynot be very comfortable.
