I hiked the Laurel River trail during the week to the tracks and saw an RJ Corman hi-rail dump truck and an NS hi-rail pickup following running South of Hot Springs. They couldn’t have gone much further down the line cause I heard them come back North as we were walking back. Maybe 10 minutes between.

At 3:00, I suspect it should be a holdout (or hold) signal since it is lacking the number plate since that would make it intermediate instead. I do find it a bit odd though that they do not include a double colored aspect beneath the three color aspect (if this is to be a holdout signal) so that it could give a restricting aspect additionally too. Maybe the landscape of the area does not or prevents the warrant of a restricting aspect.
