I took some of this blueberry bake out of the freezer this morning to take to work - it was as delicious as the day I made it (weeks ago). Had your turkey kielbasa/mushroom/onion etc "cook" for lunch with green beans. So I had a Kristi day so far! I think I'll have a turkey sandwich for supper, I'm tired and hot and want simple! Will have some grapes to go with.

I made your pancake bake but added in some Pumpkin Caramel Scone Jordan's Skinny Syrup. I also used chopped apples instead of blueberries! So yummy for fall!

Hey Kristi i love this idea. I am intimidated making traditional pancakes but i could do this. Could it also be made with apples? i would use the applesauce instead of banana. Thank you!
@PlanningUsHealthy2 жыл бұрын
Yes, absolutely!! You can easily do apples or whatever you want. I have several different pancake bakes I do - there are a few of them on my website - and yes, you can substitute applesauce in place of the banana in each of them. :)

Do u have a video on what your staples are? Kitchen cabinets pantry etc
@PlanningUsHealthy5 жыл бұрын
Not yet. I have it on my future content video list though!! I do have a meal plan and "no grocery haul" video that I have out there. It's a week that I said I wasn't going to do a grocery haul because I needed to clean out my pantry and freezer. You might be interested in that one for now until I get the pantry one done. oh yum thank you for sharing. I want to try the pancake bake. I lost .7 this week. for a total of 5.2 pounds. where did you get the meal prep containers you used for your dinners? and your milk for your cereal? thanks
@PlanningUsHealthy5 жыл бұрын
Tammy, we love that pancake bake soo much!! And congrats to you on the weight loss!! Keep it up! :) My meal prep containers are listed in the description box on all my videos. I have those which are the three-compartment ones and then I also have black bowls that I use as well. They're not the real tough durable kind, but they work and are a lot cheaper! I am trying to switch to all glass, but for now, that's what I use. For the ones I use for my milk, I actually got those back when I was trying out the meal delivery services like Home Chef and Blue Apron. I do wish I could find some of those around though!
@tammylattimore5 жыл бұрын
@@PlanningUsHealthy okay, thank you so much. I have been wanting to switch to glass container, but they are more expensive than plastic.

What do you get at subway and how many points? Thank you.
@PlanningUsHealthy4 жыл бұрын
I usually get a turkey on wheat bread for 6 points. I just have them pile on the veggies and then I usually put a 1-point Velveeta slice on it when I get home and some Olive Garden light dressing. So, for that, it's 7 points. I always allow myself 12 for Subway night though just in case I decide to have something more with it or have some chips with it.

How would you cook chicken if you don’t have a air fryer?
@PlanningUsHealthy5 жыл бұрын
I would probably do it in the oven on 375 for maybe 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken and depending on your oven. I'm thinking 20 minutes would do it, but definitely make sure it's cooked with it being chicken. :)
