I buy bermuda sod from my local Lowes in the summer. They don't water it, so it turns brown. I get a discount because the manager says it's dead. I put it down and keep it soaked. A few weeks later, it's bright green and thriving.

Good video! Do you have a preference between Zoysia and Bermuda? I know there are pros and cons of both but didn't know if you had an opinion on which one is superior.

Zoysia will always be the superior turf in the south. You could also argue centipede when it comes to simplicity.

Hey brother I have Bermuda and tall fescue here in upper Midwest Tn. I like the way they look mixed together. Does the Bermuda protect the fescue during the heat of summer?

If it gets enough sun. Mow, fertilize and water it. More you mow it, thicker it gets
