Another great vid man….do a video on how you freeze your fish, my fish always has an off taste when it comes out the freezer

My mom buys milk in the cardboard cartons and washed and saves them. Then when they have fish fillets she puts them in the cardboard container and fills them with water so the fish is surrounded by ice. I guess air contacting the fish allows it to freezer burn and gives it an off taste. I vacuum freeze mine and still notice an off taste.
