Hello David I’m watching your videos as I’m Building the TT02 escort custom at the moment I plan on running the stock torque motor and esc with 2S lipo Question is what size of pinion Gear are you running I’m like your self from what I see the stock setup is a bit slow so I want to upgrade my pinion gear what size do you recommend and thanks for these great videos

Hey man I don’t know if it’s too late but you don’t necessarily have to but if you do Schumacher racing do make a type of oil called X1 that works well.

Hey David! Just curious on step 18, if I turn the left drive shaft forward, the right one goes backwards. Is that normal?

Hi Mateas, yes that is normal. That is the differential in action.

Hey David, I’m not sure if you’re still active, but when I attach the first set of wheel cups, my spindles won’t go into the control arm properly. Doesn’t have the right angle to fit in. Any suggestions?

@@sideways4life993 Ok, really pay attention to how the instruction manual places the part's. Step 19 is universal(left to right) so it is probably back to the arm lay-out. check that is correct. let me know how you go.

Extremely helpful ,thank you 💯👍I bought for my 11yr old . Takes me back to my youth, when I was trying to assemble the Clod buster for my first kit lol .Now days everything I buy is pre-assembled Traxxas X maxx & Cen Reeper. I think my kid will enjoy putting the kit together. Respect 🙆Cheers 🍻
