Hi, guy I'm Brazilian and I play guitar for many years, and I always tried to play blues but I could not, and I did several blues guitar lessons and watched several videos on youtube but it never worked, but it changed my rhythm when I started watching your video lesson And I learned a lot with your videos very easily and now I can make my own blues songs thanks to you guy ... I'm your great fan 👍

Nice lick. I’ll definitely work that one into the rotation.

Your lessons are always great! I love these short lick lessons. It’s great that you show the chords and scale and explain where in the progression it works. You are a great teacher and musician. The lick you taught is great but the other two licks also very cool and I am definitely steeling them! And yes that strat was sounding great Thanks

This was an awesome lesson. You're a great teacher man, keep it up. I can't believe that I can actually play this at the end of the video!!! PS, It reminds me of/sounds a lot like SRV's Lenny. Maybe you should do a lesson of it. Either way, thank you!

Hey man, love the videos. Could you please put out a video on how to play "To leave something behind" by Sean Rowe?

Love this. I need to free some time up to learn this but still amazing.

+InfamousGamer definitely some useful stuff. Getting a handle on these other positions of the blues scale really boosted my confidence as a soloist. Thanks for the comment, hope you're making progress. -Rob

great lesson! love your style. got a question- why do guitarists hate playing in Bb or I guess flats in general?
@swiftlessons7 жыл бұрын
+21 21 Probably because there aren't open chords and strings to fall back on. There are a number of things a guitarist can do in keys like E, G, A, and D, that will not work in flat or sharp keys.

Good lesson. Is that scale based on pentatonic or is it altogether different. I know "blues scale is sometimes used interchangeably with other terms. Great that you have bpm on your lessons too!
@swiftlessons7 жыл бұрын
+James Peters hey, so it's the same scale, except the blues scale has one extra note, the flatted 5th.
