7:13: Can anyone help me? Im trying to get this piece of heart. I have the flippers, but in my game there is no light blue shallow water on the left hand side of the river. So I can't get out of the water on that side and can't get to the heart. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

In the PAL version they don't have the left water, you have to use another item jump over from the bridge

You won't. You are probably playing " Europe" version of the game and you have the same issue that i've been dealing with. Europe version is Bugged. As far as i know there are two. This heart piece and a missing biggest big bomb bag. To collect this heart piece, stand on the bridge and use the roc's cape.

Travel to Syrup's hut. You need to have gained access to Laje Hylia before this. At a ledge leading to Syrup, go south. The heart piece is on the ledge as shown

@@ElHombreGato In other versions, there isn't that pale blue portion at the other side, so you can't get up there by swimming. You need to use that half bridge and jump to that side, instead.

For some reason, the Minish I need to fuse with to gain access to the heart container won't give me the option to fuse with him. Do I have to do so at a specific point in the game, or do I just need all of the other Pieces of Heart?

Sometimes the kinstone fuse is not the same for everyone. you may have fused with his counterpart first or something like that so it switched around the order.

Christopher Hall I have the same problem. No shallow water to climb up on. But I didn't think about the cape so i'll just keep playing till I get that and then come back to the heart piece.

+Christopher Hall You and Windy Boy are playing the Pal (European) version of the game. In this version that piece of heart is only obtainable after you get the Roc's Cape. In Japan and America, you have shallow water there, which lets you obtain it earlier in the game.
