For those who arent getting a connection. For me it took time to notice but you have to connsct both light strips. So if you connected only one just put the second too to close the circle. And its supposed to work. If not then idk what else

Open your camera scan the QR code on your led strips click download the app and your good to go

Can the light sync to the beat of music playing in the room? Does it have to be music playing on the phone?

Press the microphone button, bottom screen on the app, the mic then picks up whatever sound in the room so it should flash along to your music or voices if talking or movie you watching etc.

I did this w/o a video, it should come with like some qr code or something at the back or sum and you jus scan it w your camera and it connects you to download the app and connects to your Bluetooth when done

Yes i would avoid these at all cost. Very temperamental. Sometimes they work and show up in app and sometimes it doesnt.

Mine came with a remote. Its a thin remote with 2 brightness buttons on the top left, a black pause/off button, a red power button on the top right, 20 different color buttons below those, 3 sets of up/down buttons for red/blue/green below those, quick/slow buttons to the right of those, auto/flash buttons below those, 6 DIY buttons to the left of those 2, then finally 2 jump and 2 fade buttons on the bottom row. hope that helps. Actually after looking at the video, it's the exact one in the video. I typed this before watching the video. LOL

Software ist absoluteley carp. It has to be in front, so u cannot use other apps while using it as mircofone. I fact if you want to deal with this you need an extra smartphone only for this app. oderwhise u only can use those automatic modes. When u want music as input you have to deal with its own mediaplayer only being a search function for single tracks. you cannot use it with poweramp or so. I suggest to get another controller and forget it. And for those fanboys promoting it..... you dun have ANY Idea for what customers want their led strips. And just changing color with app in promo video means nothing. in fact you cannot bind in, use wtih or combine with any app, idea oder project but simply been use with the checkcard remote controll. btw noone should in no way ever bring out any device not beeing supported by windows. NOONE!
