Hi there. I was at my off grid camp today getting ready for colder weather. The glass on my wood stove gets sooty. I was told to clean it with a glass cleaner dabbed in some wood ash. Holy smokes! It worked perfect. Clean as a whistle. The soup looked delicious. I have never frozen my garden carrots before. I just put them in a pail of sand. Maybe I’ll try your method. As always, I enjoy the basic way of life you portray. Thank you for your earnest and hard work. 0:06

My stove has no glass my old one did & all i used was windex & ash :) Best to blanch for 3 mins rolling boil then spread on a towel to cool & dry just a bit before you bag, sometimes i just chop & freeze but some will get a little rubbery but if I'm making stew you never know :)) Honest details is all i deliver if it blows up next month or in 6 everyone will know, even if it was my fault lol ! Thanks for watching & the kind words"

Howdy Don- that’s pretty amazing how the Bluetti does. That would sure beat the noise of a generator on a job site. I’m having to run my generator on the bridge build and was thinking one of those babies would really be nice and quiet. That food sure looks good. Have you ever thought about doing just a cooking video? Hope all is well. God bless
@littlegriffoffgridalberta68372 ай бұрын
Yes this little baby runs a long time & if you had a couple panels hooked to it you wouldn't kill it, & no noise at all, I think you know what it's like here but maybe when it slows a bit this winter we'll cook up a storm :) maybe next week at the lake ! 5% off if you use my code :)

Yes I do lol ! I might live on a disability income but i hunt & garden my freezer is never empty :) Good planning helps, My head says go my back say no some days don't get much done but my belly knows when it's meal time ! Well i hope i answer question on the Bluetti & i will be talking about it more in the future, any questions I'll try to answer, It's running the cabin fulltime tomorrow day 7 & i only started gen once to charge on a rainy day I'm pretty impressed, Thanks for watching"

I use a similar settup. My BluettiAC180 , was bouncin around too. I put a 100amp cutoff switch betweenmy Deepcell Battery bank & the Bluetti. Its usually full by noon, so i hit the cutoff switch , between my Solar controller power, to Fill my Bluetti . Works so much betfer. I run a 12volt 48qt. cooler on the AC180 all day to keep cold water . And a Fan off my battery bank to keep my live-in camper cooler. Helps to mechanically manage my 700 watts on my camper. Be blessed.
@littlegriffoffgridalberta68372 ай бұрын
Oh ya good when you find something that works :) My solar input will only give me max 1100w so not worried about overloading the input so I put the Y in the wirers coming straight from the panels so not tied to my battery bank so it splits the power coming in if bluetti is low the morning most of the power just goes to it because my bank is still full, It doesn't charge from my bank at all, If bluetti to low I start gen for 1 hr it's full again :) Only been dead once in 7 days ! Thanks for the comment

Thanks for the video. Don that generator is pronounced Blue. Eddy. More people will relate to this interpretation as spelling today is over the top crazy😢 21:33

your welcome Jack :) Yes people just say it how it sounds, 10 % of our words are spelled with i u r y or a you know when someone texts like that to me i answer with ??????? lol, But yes I asked the question & the company refers to it as Blue-T not sure why they don't just spell it that way :) Thanks for watching"

That Bluetti is pretty impressive, looks as if you didn't throw the washing machine at it also. You always eat fairly hardy, you need the calories to get it all done. Great video wanted me looking for what is next. Take care.

Yes it is for sure ! I have been running the cabin for a week & doing laundry at the same time & had a couple cloudy rainy days I stated the gen for 1 hr to recharge one day & it keep up with the power from the panels :)) Thanks for watching"

"One day at a time" Well said Don. You will get there. Boards are looking great and that was a good work out for the Bluetti. Impressive product for sure. Have a great long weekend...Fall is right around the corner!
@littlegriffoffgridalberta68372 ай бұрын
Yes that's the way it goes :) Bluetti has been running the cabin fulltime for 8 days & I only started gen once on a rainy day to recharge it, The only thing I don't like is that when it shuts down you have to manually turn it back on again, Unlike my other system it just sleeps until power is high enough it just starts working again :) Thanks for the comment Frank
