In the manual Bluetti says it doesn't come with the MC4 cable or anything but the power cable, which is a standard desktop computer cable. But in their ebay listing they say that it comes with a 12V car adapter, while in another place in the same listing they say it comes with only the MC4.

Mine didn’t come with anything except the power cord.

I have this. My only complaint is noise. The fan goes on when it's over about 80w of solar coming in and it's a bit loud, but that kind of thing bugs me more than most people.

Yeah, I noticed the fan is pretty loud. It has a "quiet mode" but didn't really seem to do anything.

Yeah true. There are other bluetti batteries that you can do that with.

I had a Bluetti AC300 fail on me (batteries still work), It took an involved hustle of a friend of mine to even be able to get into contact with them to get the unit serviced. It was just sent out via UPS back to their headquarters a couple days ago. I don't know what the outcome will be.
