*Seems like a good solar **Generater.Systems** . I have not had to put it to the test yet in a situation without power but it has seemed to operate fine so far.*

I got the bluetti ac200 max and love it. Never worry about the drain because I got 400 watts of solar on my roof. Basically free power 😊

In my own bench test with the Bluetti EB70 in a 75° F room - I was able to run my Indel B 41 liter truck fridge for 48 hours. The thermostat on the fridge was set to 35° F. Needless to say that I'm a happy camper. The Indel B TF41-A truck fridge is over five years old and uses a Danfoss/Secop compressor. By the way, I also noticed that the accuracy of the five bar gauge to measure battery charge level on the Bluetti EB70 leaves a lot to be desired. The first 20% level goes noticeably faster than the final two bars.

Andrew in Austin My Bluetti has been running a 50 watt 3.1 cubic ft AC dorm fridge for just over 14 hours. My watt meter is showing 270 watt hours used but there are no more segments showing on the Bluetti display and the red battery warning light is on. What could cause this?
@andrewinaustintx
@andrewinaustintx 3 жыл бұрын
@@baneverything5580 Sorry I haven't a clue with what went wrong with your set up. My truck fridge uses the 12 volt DC side of the Bluetti. When the fridge compressor kicks in, (while using the Eco mode), it only uses between 30 and 35 watts. I wish that I could be of more help.

I’ve had a similar experience with my eb70. I noticed that when doing the same test on my GO20 fridge, the first couple bars seem to go quicker than the last two. When the battery gets really low, there is a small battery low indicator. Another half hour or so at 150w left after the last bar goes (I was just trying to kill the battery at that point, with ac and dc loads, to reset the shunt). But I also noticed that it seems to charge slower in the beginning than toward the end.

When testing my EB70 recently, I got a solid 616wh out of the battery. Pretty good results in my opinion. If you track the wh usage of the fridge per hour you can estimate that for a camping trip.....BUT ambient temps really affect the power usage on a fridge haha. 70F vs 85F degrees, 85F uses about double the power. I have tested many many many brands/models of these 12fridges. Love them!

@@Jasonoid I bought a 5 cubic ft AC freezer and a 3.5 cubic ft AC refrigerator and it seems to take twice the energy to run the fridge even though it uses less watts while running. But it runs them and I can save my food the next time we have a power outage that lasts for days.

@@juliadawnyel3648 This will power a small dorm fridge but it would be better to get a much higher capacity one if you can afford it. My Bluetii EB70 is messing up and doesn`t have half the capacity they claim. So you might want to look at other options. Until I get it replaced and test a working one that isn`t defective I can`t promote this any longer. Mine has suddenly turned into a very expensive hunk of useless trash that goes dead in four hours powering low wattage devices.

The discharge curve for a LiFePo is pretty flat in the middle, so the accuracy of a bar type gauge is going to be deceiving.

Wow your fridge uses a lot more energy than mine. I have a similar size but not dual zone so maybe that’s why. Mine only pulls 33watts max. My bluetti will keep it running for a few days. I have the Setpower fridge.

@@B_Rogers0724 Nice! I also like how the last 20% bar keeps it on for over 4 hours. I ran a daiquiri machine in my liquor store last night with the EB70 plugged in. The machine kept it running a few hours drawing about 140 watts constantly. After it hit the 20% mark, after a short while it activated a "short" notification to protect the unit. I like what Bluetti did with their battery management system.

It is. The BMS will reserve the last 10%, when the readout says 0%, to protect the battery. But it’s best to not leave completely depleted for an extended period of time.
