Try to steer clear from railroads online. While it may look nice upfront, there are alot of little details that aren't right, and lots of bugs. It's in early access, so bugs are expected, but some of the bugs have been there since near its original release, and they just keep adding more. Despite the large number of things needing to be fixed and many missing features, they plan to release it on 1.0 soon. That won't look very good for them.

I've done multiple series with Railroads Online so I'm very aware of its many issues and as you say they are releasing v1 soon. Who knows if the issues will get fixed at release. For me the breaking point was the flying camera. It's terrible and so easy to fix but they neither wish to fix it or have a means to disable it. I've been very vocal on videos about this and other issues but this is just a tiny channel which they have no reason to listen to. I likely won't cover the game again unless things get fixed which is a shame as the game concept is good. I've always liked that I can play the game how I wish and others can play it entirely differently. It's the right approach and brings in a wider variety of players. The game at its heart is good. But it's issues will eventually kill it.

@@bluewizard When you are looking at steam page it says normal price then crossed out with sale price... that is not US $0.00 that is the British pound...

The US prices I quote are not what's showing on the video, they are checked before making the video using SteamDB and viewing the product pages using a VPN set to the USA

Grabbed Transport Fever 2; was a little hesitant as the first one probably infuriated me more than any other game that I consider myself to have liked. Already having an easier time with figuring out how to do things effectively, so it was well worth it. And Railroader. If you like trains, get it. Amazing game.

If you own any train sim world (I own TSW3) you can claim a free TSW5 upgrade for the next month - just the game, none of the new routes.

Nope, it’s the training centre only. Not Train Sim World 5.

Also if you own TSW4 and buy TSW5 all your DLC carries over. I’m not buying it. For me it would be 41 DLC, but why bother when TSW4 is good enough for me anyway.

@@stumpusMaximus They've been doing that each iteration of TSW, I don't see the point buying a new game every year. I prefer the old TS Classic, where you get the tech upgrade for free, pay if you want the routes. As such I quit with TSW3 when it was on deep discount.

You didnt say anything about the tsw5 upgrade is for free for 30 days if you have a previous tsw game if you dont take it within that time it will cost. So go get it
