Thomas is so typically German, a scientist of his craft. at the same time both these guys are humorous and very relatable people... I'm one of those musicians who has experienced the nightmare of trying to do fly gigs etc. all trying to keep within a budget, trying to get equipment through airport security and then getting to a gig in another country (generally with a sound guy who doesn't speak your language!) and trying to get a great sound through the PA speakers to the audience. Despite Thomas being a much higher level musician than me, I get the feeling from the products that he's developed he's also experienced this pain... Some fantastic ideas, well executed and at a not ridiculous price point. One of a few companies who are truly innovative in this industry and coming out with unique products. I can't help but be a fan of bluguitar and the people behind it!

How did I miss this video? Great and informative. Jennifer Batten is the reason I bought my Amp1. I was working part time at Sam Ash and she did a clinic and talked about her Amp1. I asked her after the clinic about it and she showed it to me and told me about how it was a game changer for her. I went home and researched it, and bought one. It is now the only amp I own, and the single best gear purchase I've ever made! Thank you, Thomas and Jennifer!

Love it. I rented the Mercury edition and the sounds coming out of the v30 speaker was glorious. It didn't translate when I recorded though and I still don't know why.... It sounded strange. I will have to rent again because I would definitely like to buy. Great video

Try recording it with the blubox 😉 there's a v30 setting on there (metal v30)

You need to double check! I’m sure you get great sounds for recording with the AMP1... we have too many people raving about that...;-)
