How have I not seen this one before???? So much gold here. BMAC if you're ever up north in the Toronto area, I would love to attend a seminar. Who would ever think that an "average" looking guy (and I say that with no disrespect intended) can be such a killer. Cheers.

@brandonmcninja4 жыл бұрын
Man, you gotta invest some time in it. It’s such an important sub. Maybe the most important one. And it’s totally a myth that you need long legs. I got short fat kid legs and my triangle is 🔥🔥

More has to do with angles, flexibility, and flow
@chrisbaldwin3148 Жыл бұрын
That's what I've been telling people. I think white belts hear the short leg myth after they start training, and they buy into it and give up on the sub. I love triangles and I reallly love your setups, especially from mount and side control.

@brandonmcninja2 жыл бұрын
It depends on what kind of pressure they’re giving you. You gotta stay loose and malleable with your spine. Sometimes you’re gonna want to roll underneath or with them and other times you’re gonna want to get your hips up and make a straight spine.

I appreciate the feedback. I competed a lot. I don’t anymore. I was pretty good. Nothing remarkable. Won a lot. Lost a few. I just enjoy training. Generally speaking, higher ranking guys don’t like to have their rolls out in the internet for everyone to see. Many don’t mind, but many do. I’m not out to embarrass anyone or show that I’m better than someone else anyway. I’m just out to demonstrate the techniques and to show that what I teach does in fact work in resisting opponents. Again thanks for the feedback. No disrespect taken.
