The majority or religious leaders. Religions were designed to control peasants with fear of the God associated with the religion. Nothing has changed but people are so blinded by faith that they can't realise they are being conned. Look at all the treasures held at the Vatican.

All that wealth is fine as long as they are earning it and not preaching the gospel just for money and that they realize that their are people sleeping on the concrete, or along side rivers, which is not safe during the rainy season. If I was rich I would out helping people that's all I can say. One man can't do everything but it only takes one man to make a difference.
