what integrated saddle light are you running? just got my bmc time machine road!
@shemaguilacycling76453 жыл бұрын
I'm using the Fizik Antares saddle. So far so good but I would like to switch to something with a cut out slot to relieve pressure someday.

What size bike are you using ? And the saddle height
@shemaguilacycling76454 жыл бұрын
Bike size is a small - 51. Unfortunately I don't know the saddle height and don't have the bike with me at the moment. I'm 170 cm in height if that helps any.

awsome bike but why those wheels?
@shemaguilacycling76454 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment. I really like these wheels because I wanted something deeper which would cut the wind. In addition, the tucked nipples decrease resistance and improve aerodynamics. It may just be a watt or two but when you add it up with other small gains it makes a difference in the long hauls.
@ianiscaratti49244 жыл бұрын
Pictoris Cycles according to aerocoach it makes no difference but i love my schmolke tlo with the internal nipples too.

Have a look at this link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/maawYmqQZbhperM Starting at timecode: 6:31. Whether it's true or not, perhaps mentally it may be faster. In reality I do whatever I can to lower my coefficient drag and improve my aerodynamics. I'm not a professional rider or have that support but I simply love being able to ride faster than my mates. Perhaps it's a never-ending debate i.e. shaving your legs or sock height.....but I try. Marginal gains......you know....you heard it before.....it makes a difference over time.

Hello,do you think it can use 31c tires on the tmr01
@shemaguilacycling76453 жыл бұрын
I don't believe it will fit a 31 mm on the front or the rear. BMC only recommends it up to a 28.

Why 28 vs 25mm on your tires?
@shemaguilacycling76454 жыл бұрын
Hey mate! Thanks for the comments. Three reasons why I like using 28 mm vs. 25 mm with the Pro Ones. 1) Safety: I like having more rubber on the road for traction and cornering at high speeds. 2) Comfort: more comfort because the air volume in the tire is greater thus allowing me to run the air pressure lower--gives me more cushion from the rough roads. Where I'm currently located, I'm often riding on a mixture of asphalt, cobblestones and gravel. 3) Faster: This is really up for debate though. Here's an interesting link: www.cyclist.co.uk/in-depth/726/are-wider-tyres-really-faster Really for me, it's a combination of all the three factors mentioned that I use the 28 mm.
