What a great video. Excellent explaining and guiding for me as a casual ish beginner. Been using FL studio a year but still struggle with music theory behind chords etc. Your workflow will make it much easier to get something made!

Great tutorial !!! Thank you ( 🙏I have a question: I mute the notes and insert them into a new pattern. Then I want to insert new notes DIRECTLY above them. That doesn't work for me. The ("Ghost Notes ?!?") are gray, but not so blurred. Can someone please give me a tip? Thank you very much! 🌺)

Awesome tutorial. Can you explain the benefit of using fruity send? I usually just sidechain. And I did not quiet understand what you used it for in this video?

You would only use a fruity send if you want to the original dry signal (pre-channel effects) to an auxilary. I guess it depends where on the chanel you place it but for example you could add an EQ and compressor to the sound then send the signal after that before adding another reverb and delay. That way you have more control over what effects are applied to the signal your 'sending' out.

Which soft pad sound are you using for the 3 chords at the start?

I can't recall but I'm sure it was just my typical chord writing pad made using DIVA. Basically a saw tooth or two, detuned, bit of saturation then a Low Pass Filter to remove some of those higher harmonics until it sounds 'soft'
