Time spent aligning panels is time saved filling and sanding later. Besides, you don't spend all that money on a new panel just to slather it with bondo. Great work! Thanks.

But for replica fenders these are not to bad I have seen so much worse. Which brand are these?

Yes , It's not so bad, have you seen part 1? There I do some adjustments, but all in all after quite some work they fit nicely, these come from wallothnesch grtz

@@Restorezone yes I have watched it, there was a time you could only buy original and a brand called van Wezel. These where rubbish, the turn signal didn’t fit the shape of the wheel weld was different the space between your door and fender was much wider in the middle than on the bottom which was really hard to correct. But at the At time the genuine fenders weren’t so expensive as they are now. So we went always for original.

My fenders we a good fit (more or less) in the areas you mentioned, but the indicator fitting was completely useless. Anyone find a decent solution to this?

This does suck, I did hear, that there are people who transfer the indicator piece from the old fender to the new one , because it would fit better , but have no experience with it myself , good luck 👍💪
