If you look closely, it showed the option of both parallel and vertical parking. Usually, the car gives the option of choosing and then parking.

Absolutely agree, I always had the feeling that the previous 7 series were looking more like a bigger 5-series, too much average sporty looking to compete with the latest S-classes (w221 and w222 really stepped up the game). This one in the video looks much more prestigious and elegant.

@14:12 The 745e actually has a 3-litre Inline-6 engine, with a hybrid output of 400hp and not a 4-cylinder like the 740e iPerformance version had. And the M760Li has a 6.6 litre V12, but you got the HP number right!

I just bought the 745 2020 which is simply the hybrid version of this car. Never thought I would go hybrid but now that I did, makes all kinda sense. I get all the power and tech of the “regular” 740, but with 57 MPG and no nervousness about ever running out of fuel because I will always have a tank of gas. Electric charge barely gives me enough for my daily commute (16-20 miles) but better than paying for gas and if you do the math, saves me quite a bit over time. Just adds a bit of fun factor for me. Thus far loving the experience.

King Zak V12s are buttery smooth and build power very differently than V8s. It’s not about going fast. It’s about luxury. A Rolls Royce Phantom doesn’t use a V12 so it can outrun anything. It’s there to making driving smooth and effortless. Same story with the 760Li

I'm still happy that BMW has an iDrive to control the infotainment system instead of only using touch displays. So I just have to look to the display if the right item is selected instead of looking where I put my finger on the display and lose attention to the road (that's the opposite to the VW Tiguan that my family member drives).

Not sure if USB-C is such a bad thing: many people, including myself, actually like them to leverage fast charting (especially on shorter car rides). On the BMWs it’s particularly handy since the have both, and the primary port is the one in the center dash - this is even still the USB-A
