Around 18 seconds to 200kmh. Pretty fast for "only" 340hp👍

The speedometer is off by 7-9kmh at 200 against actual gps speed, so it's realistically over 20 seconds.

BMW’s speedometers are much more accurate than the average ! (1 to 3 km/h difference) just have a look at the video from carsonautobahn about the M5 f90 (same generation as this 8 series) and you will see @Dima K

@@louisbecet4834 just no😄 Bmw would break the german law. All speedos are nearly exactly the same "inacurate". Where do you have your numbers?😂 100kmh on speedo (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc) is allways 95/96 GPS speed. The difference is progressiv

@@louisbecet4834 Their video overlay isn't second to second matched. They attach it along with the video from the approximated start (they try to even them out). All BMW speedometers are off by ~3-4mph.

Peter S. Just take the example of an audi (as you suggest it) Q8 and a bmw x6. Those are two similar vehicle. But at the maximum speed, the audi shows 242 unkike the gps which shows 232. With the x6, the vehicle shows 266 for 263 gps. So maybe bmw is outlaw relating to some of their cars because I don’t know a lot about german laws, but please don’t tell me there is « nearly » the exact same speed difference. I admit there are cases where we can note a 7-9 km/h difference on both audi and bmw but there are also lot more other situations where the difference is much more significiant. (Go and check the video from autotopNL and see it by yourself) Have a nice day (or night) though 😉

@@axcn4733 5 seconds to 100 is not slow by any means at all. This car is also focused on being a luxury car, not all out performance. I don't care if you drive rockets daily, this car is not slow.
