Thanks for this video..looking to do this same thing to my BMW. What filters are you using for the breather and carbs? Also do you have any updates on any heat issues with the placing the battery or battery tray in that area?

Hello, i am using DNA filters: DNA Crank Case Vent Male 16mm Inlet 44mm and DNA XV Series Oval 51mm Inlet 87mm Length. No heat issues and i have been running this setup for two years.

No, it is PETG and the cover sits over the gearbox.
