Great scooter, but for what it costs it should accelerate fast as a Zero FXE

It's a scooter, not a Supermoto. You should also think about, not many riders could handle excessive power, esp. in the city streets, for what's designed for. You may be a skilled rider, but not everyone is. Btw, I'm pretty sure BMW will not make much profit on it. It's quite cheap, regarding all the high quality technology assembled in this scooter.
