Removing door card is required for various repairs such as replacing window regulator, inner handle or replacing whole door card. Therefore its beneficial to learn the removal process. In this video, we show you how to remove passenger rear door panel off 1995 BMW 525, E34 Chasiss. This removal process should work on all E34 5-series models from 89-95 such as M5 540i 535i 530i.

mine was not removed for 30 years, so i broke 2 of the thin crap, its a bit idiotic how weak they are.

I can’t access my Rear L door cause it’s locked.

seems like your lock actuator failed. You will need to remove door panel and unlock it manually. easier said than done. good luck
