I mean, there's things I'd change.. I'm working on getting my parent's house which is a 3 car, but the right two are one and a half deep. I'd be tempted to extend the garage so I could fit two deep, put a concrete slab on the side and maybe a lift in the back. But .. I'm 25, don't make a ton off KZbin and need to pay student loans. Someday.. so kinda dream garage-y I guess lol

I just replaced the front lower control arms on my E36. If you completely remove the sway bar it will be a little easier to removed the inner ball joint nut in my opinion. And a pickle fork makes it easy to remove the ball joints after you have the nuts off.

What is the reason you run 0 offset in the front? Does it help with angle? I just installed this kit and I feel like I am not getting as much angle as you. Could it have to do with the ackerman setting? I left it on the default setting.

@7:00 it looks like you put the spacers on backwards. The instruction diagrams seems to show having one spacer on top and two on the bottom. You have two on top and one on bottom.

No he did it the correct way. The picture is just for illustration the table on the left says how many shims to put in between the tie rod pickup and the steering plate based on which knuckle you have.

Rather than trimming the bumper why not fit slightly smaller wheel spacers? I really don't get the need to have "perfect fitment" where the wheels are flush with the fender. It's got to be impossible to have a flush fit and have it low without it rubbing *something*!

the reason for having the wheel spacers on is so it brings the wheel further out and doesnt rub on the chassis when turned all the way out. I have thinner wheels for the fronts and using a smaller tire as weell. its on the way

Did you reinforce the rear shock towers before you did the true coil overs in the rear? I've read that's one of the weak points on the E36 chassis. I'm looking at getting an E36/5, aka 318ti, for my first drift car, so I've really been doing a ton of research on these cars.

e36 are good when you keep a spare in the trunk, compacts have light rear so they tend to be unstable

it might hop on wider tires, I've seen people struggle with compact and see them going well, but I would consider finding people who drift comapcts and ask them
