I was wondering there is a difference between the parts you need for a coupe and sedan? I’m planning on swapping my 323i sedan to manual but don’t want to start collecting parts when they could not be compatible with it.

I do this conversion every soon. My car is a 323i and the donor is 320i. I was wondering if I could fit the output shaft of a 320i to my medium diff case (320i has small case)?
