Hi i found if you remove the springs with the cover in the OPEN Position there is a lot less spring tension to overcome and they come off easy ....Great video Dude to help people pity you aint in the UK

Hi - can you tell me how to remove the bottom part of the tray that is attached to the arm rest? When you push the button, the bottom part separates from the top of the arm rest. I want to replace that little tray on the bottom. Thanks.

I'm looking to replace the tray underneath the armrest, the Florida sun melted it or someone sprayed armorall in it and never wiped it out. Know where to get one of those or the full assembly? Gray bottom piece with black tray preferred. Thanks... 06 BMW 330Ci ZHP convert.

i find the centre arm rest very useless. Most of the time it gets in the way with the hand brake.
