Had one of these 'LB66 JUJ' bought it with just 3k miles for 40k it was only 3 years old. I sold it for 37k 2 years later in 2020, it was fully loaded!

Enjoyable vid as always, Stephen. Haven't driven one of these in a while (although experienced an F90 a couple of years ago), but they're absolutely mega cars for the money. I have to disagree on the Comp wheels, I much prefer the standard wheels as they've got a bit mote depth and aren't as showy. Singapore Grey though, yes please! One minor thing, the S63 has a crossplane crank. You're absolutely spot on about the relation of air movement & noise - that's the crossover exhaust manifold doing its thing and expelling equally spaced pulses of air to give that unique sound. I wish it sounded a bit more like a conventional V8 to be honest.

Thanks Paul, I wasn't sure if I had the name of the crank right! But, yeah the whole set up just make it sound like nothing else, whether thats for the better or not, thats really down to preference I guess. It does grow on you. Again, wheels, I just think the standard wheels remind me too much of the old M6 V10 wheel, which I've never been a fan of. Either way, these things do represent huge value for money - and people must be of the same opinion (where good car are concerned) as this and the M6 both sold in days. On the hunt for more if you know any 👍

Probably best for my bank balance, I'd had a few glasses of wine when watching the video and had only considered what it would be like to buy and drive the car, not the running costs etc etc.

Great review, but one question... why rev the car while it's still completely cold and has had no chance to even warm up?

Thank you. I only ever rev a cold engine to 3k, that does it no harm.
