Great video, I also did the euro fog switch, it's super easy to install and great to spam press when people are riding your rear end on the road. Regarding the golden wrench overlay kit, I ran it on my F80 for a few weeks and ultimately wasn't satisfied, I feel like making the clear section black just highlights it even more somehow. I think with certain cars it works better, like on our F10 M5 it looked great, but I think with the styling of the F80 tails, they look better without the overlay. Still looks great though, and no matter what rock what you like for your car. p.s. would love to see a new engine bay cleaning video for a future video idea.

I do agree I am not 100% on it yet, although I think it really depends on how the car is setup. Being that my car is darker overall and has black accents, it does work pretty well with it. It's one of those mods that I will rock for a bit and make my final decision down the road. I think it does make the tails a bit cleaner looking as there are no interruptions of other colors. I will also admit, it does look better in person than it portrays in the video. Either way, we will see how it fairs over time. It's been quite some time since I've done an update on my washing procedure. Once the F80 needs another wash, I'll be sure to include the steps I do to keep it maintained and clean.

Not going to lie, but gray or silver I used to hate them. Those colors were to default for me just how I dislike tan and grey interior. Over the years those colors grew on me and I think they look so good. I still hate tan and grey interior though! LOL

Did the exact same thing. Just swapped the rear button as a replacement and we don’t have front fogs.

Two different experiences and both great cars. S65 sound can’t be beat, but besides that, the f80 just does everything else better.

Surpised you didnt get the M Performance F80 tail lights if you want darker tails.
