Thanks for uploading and showing your work! Question: to program a donor first gen R52 Body Control Module (replacing a water damaged one, causing passenger windows to not work) do I need to do the same process as this FRM3? Or can I used WinKFP to write the VIN and car optional? Thanks again!

I have water come down the pillar where the sunroof drain is I believe the rubber hose is disconnected, water gets into the foot well module some oxidation occurred, under the carpets were flooded and I believe there are Diodes mounted along the rails, occasionally lights will all come on, If I unlock the car with the remote they go off but later come back on again so right now I just disconnected the plugs from the module til I study the circuit diagrams. gonna have to pull the roof liner down to get to the tubes and a lot of drying under the carpets.

Salut Ionel , nu se reseteaza nimic se altereaza informatia in procesor o simpla oscilatie a voltajului de alimentare poate cauza asta... defectiunea este una software nu hardware

You are the best. I have Mini Cooper 07.convertible. Was flooded on a rainy day. Roughly 2inch water on the floor. Every thing was dead. Nothing worked. Took it to the dealer.car came back to life with intermittent drivers side window not working and now not working at all. Everything else works. Window motor is examined. It works. Any suggestion??

Hello. it is possible that the FRM module may be defective, some tests and measurements must be made .... and possibly removed from the car and opened to see if it has traces of water or oxide

I have an FRM2 module, but I have read on internet that only FRM3 modules can be repaired. Do you have some experience with FRM2 modules ? It is mounted on an BMW E93. Yes FRM2 can be repaired, the process is similar, but it's not really worth it because they are easy to find used, they don't break down as easily as FRM3 and for this reason they are even cheaper used

At the same time, the car battery was completely discharged (it had long been discharged). I am not sure I am able to do it myself and cannot find anyone in the area (Belgium) that can do it. Even if I buy a new one I understand from your answers to other questions that I need to program it for my car anyways. I know it’s a long shot but…. My 2006 320d had a flat battery after sitting about 9 months. I bought a new bsttery and fired Car up. Windshield wippers got stuck on hvac controls have no power. Driver's window switches not working. Power mirrior controls coming and going. Im wondering if this indicates the frm? I didnt program the battery to the car but it was the same battery.
