wow, greasing the threads, so now when you torque you're gonna overtorque it and stretch the bolts too much... wow.

Would I need to change the brake pad sensor if I only need to change the front right brake pad?

I wouldn’t recommend just changing one side brake pads but if you’re going to anyway then you don’t need to change the sensor on the other side
