No cutting required except for wire loom and wires.

@@lateontwowheels9413 no cut required???? is not possible the oem fender is very long to be short like that has to be cuted i can not see any different options unless you bought kinda aftermarket fender made short to install the tail light

I got a 310gs 2021 and that fender is in one big piece on the underside. I have to cut it.

finally bought the same kit. did you installed your license plate on a support and then on the tail tidy or you mounted the license plate directly on the tail tidy?

Just installed mine but can't get the brake light to work. Wondering if you had issues with the wiring. Got the signals working ok but man....for the life of me...I can't get the brake light to go on.

If I remember correctly there are three wires going to the brake light, verify that they are connected to the appropriate leads.

@@uniquecycles-westcoast8076 no. If you go with the yoshimura kit, then there will have to be some modifications to the OEM parts

last question... the inclination of the plate is the same as the original one? I don't want problem with laws here in europe

Plate holder isn't as upright as the original, also made of polymer is can't be bent to reduce the slant.

I know you can use your OEM turn signal lights, but is a brake light included in the kit?

Not a bad kit except for the electrical connectors, absolute junk, used a 3pin water proof one to ensure longevity

About an hour with a fair amount of that time referencing the instructions between steps. The install is technically easy.

Honestly the tail light is pretty bad, the LED's are spaced too far apart and aren't that bright. Currently seeking an alternative.

@@bork1333 No one makes an aftermarket unit, yet. Universal tail lights won't fit well or look right in the space provided by R&G. I haven't given up though.
