The amount of power that is in liter bikes will turn the wheel a tiny amount when reving with no traction on the back wheel in neutral. keeps the engine from breaking itself almost

Every bike turns rear wheel on stand if you rev it.....that is normal and does not have anything with the amount of power that engine makes....Those engines dont have gearbox oil separeted from engine oil,so when you rev it oil is splashed all over inside gearbox and it turns the main drive axle.The force that spins the wheel in neutral is weak,you can stop it with one finger with no problem.
