I would say there's a side effect from owning one of these, it would be that your riding abilities will increase greatly since you're technically riding a race bike. You don't have to sit there wondering if you fk'd up a turn or did a cheaper, mass production bike let you down. Riding a dimed piece of kit, you know anything that you experience is just you and the bike is removed from the question. Spend 45k at a racing school forever or just buy a race bike... The later will be the best if you've already been riding for years. I think it shows in how you're handling the MV Agusta and putting it to Alister!

For reference, my 2015 S1000RR got 185 on a dynojet (aftermarket exhaust, Bazzazz fueling), but it was too far up the rpm range and we tuned it for lower end power and torque. Left it at 180/80. Factory it was 175/76. Just to put into perspective the 203/90 this super tuned RR puts out. Just rode one on track two weeks ago. Feels like another motorcycle entirely. Let’s see what BMW comes up with for the 2019 RR!

they do this probe with 95 RON fuel ?? i think this bike have detonation sensors for can use diferents octane fuels...

yes, with 98 ron gas the ECU can advance the ignition spark... and with another head gasket can up the compression rate and make more power too ... in SBK bikes they uses 102 ron gas and near to 15:1 compression ratio, this bike is around 13'5 or 14:1 ... @@N221BP

Does bhp mean something different in the uk? Because chassis dynos dont read bhp, they read hp which is quite a difference (10-20%)

that bike has a power to weight ratio of 1.183hp per kg. that's more than a bugatti chiron and more than a koenigsegg one:one not to mention it's on slicks so that robs it of even more power and the fact that the bugatti and the one:one are probably engine HP rated not WHP so that's fucking impressive
